Exceptional advanced and quality new facilities, e.g. dryer washing machine, clothesline and rack, baby/toddler cot with full high-quality children's linen, delivery robot, children's room to play, and infinity pool, so much more. The well-mixed of healthy Western and Chinese breakfast choices is another big bonus. The view and the neighbourhood. As an overseas family returning back to China for family visit, we'd prefer to bring our child to immerse with community living like locals, avoid to live in only near CBD or stopping malls. All staff members are helpful and friendly!

Have stayed in two other Somerset serviced apartments in Shenzhen in recent few years. This one is the best! It’s new with nice modern design. Well equipped two bedroom apartment with everything you need for a home. Clean and well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast.

Spacious rooms, clean and neat, 2 washrooms 👍🏼, kitchen with all the appliances, breakfast was decent, though could’ve been more variety of western food, like cereals Mostly visited by HK ppl, who have quiet voice 😅🙏🏻

Every thing is good but there’s no swimming pool it makes us disappointed other than that everything was excellent
